I will this summer. I am turning my 72 Blazer into a 2wd. It is totally complete and running right now. I'm getting rid of both diffs, tranny (auto) transfer case, crossmembers, springs, spring mounts, both drivelines. Basically, all I'm using is the body and frame. I'm using a Fatman power rack in the front and a four link in the back. Don't know how far you are from me.

gonebad2 - please document your conversion. I've considered doing the swap on my '69.

I've done several conversions to 4wd. Getting ready to do another soon. I plan on running 37-17 MTRs on a tow truck, all 1 ton running gear and a real 1 ton frame. I plan on building custom x members and running custom built springs.
