Everyone on here from Texas has something a lot like your's, that's why no one on here local has offered. People from out of state for some reason don't build em' like they do here, that's why you are getting complaints from people half way across the country about "if only I lived in texas" or "why are all the nice trucks that are for sale in texas" I'm sorry for not putting my posts on a 3rd grade reading level for you to comprehend. Put it in the ****ing autotrader then and get rid of it then and stop saying "well I could sell it in there, but I'm just going to keep it on here and not get any local offers". If I wanted your truck bad enough I could drive down to houston and hand you 60 $100 bills but I don't want it that bad. So go put it in the autotrader and sell it to some random person who will rag the **** outta it and then your once nice truck will turn to crap because someone doesn't know how to appreciate it.

I think you sir need to calm down jsut a hair. His truck is a dam nice one...and just because think that everyone in texas has one doesnt mean no one in Texas will buy it. An offer is an offer. If your gongi to post about how everyone has one and this and that then dont post. Every single truck on this website it different. Every truck in the 73-87 forum is different. Thats wat makes his truck "his" truck. So if all you have to say is rude comments like the not wiritng in a 3rd grade lvl then please dont post, it will only make things worse. With all do due respect I think your the one that need to grow up sir.

Good Luck Selling your truck!

Thumbs down

I dont know why you think 8'2Jimmy's truck is standard fare, but its not, and thats not why its not selling. Actually, thats the LAST reason its not selling. The time of year, weather, and the amount of people who have seen it is more accurate. People just arent into buying a showtruck this time of year right before Christmas. Who's wife would allow a new truck to stay in the yard right at the time of year when money is needed most?

"If I only lived in texas I'd buy it"... Thats so lame- its just a thread bump if you ask me. If I wanted to buy a vehicle, I'd travel to any state to get it. Phht.

I hope he gets a good buyer to take it off his hands for his asking price. Its worth it.

Sure is a nice truck. I would love to have it and I would come to TX to get it but all I have right now is $2500 until I sell my other 86. That is not an offer, I would not insult you that way I am just saying that is all I have for now. If you still have it in a month or so I may be able to come up with a decent offer.

John,

Thanks for the truck. I'm sure we'll get lots of enjoyment out of it. Drove like a champ all the way back to northeast Texas. It was nice doing business with you.

The truck is a real head turner. Thanks again.

Hey good deal Chris, I knew you would like it. Its a good truck, I hated too see it go but Im glad it went to a good family who I know will take care of it. I forgot to tell you, but under the seat is the front license plate and a haynes repair manual for the truck. If you ever have any questions, please dont hesitate to call or email me.

Thanks again....enjoy
