Talking New Addition to the fleet!

I'd like to introduce you to Ugly

Shes a 1979 K25, looks to have about a 3 - 4 inch lift (all in the springs, there are no blocks, and I don't think it is a body lift). Has a Dana 44 front, and a FF 14 bolt. 4.10 gears, and a posi out back. It doesn't have an engine, transmission, transfercase or driveshafts, but I don't really care, it'll be getting a Divorced transfercase, so none of that stuff really matters :p

Rustiest truck I've ever seen in my life, the thing was flapping in the wind as I hauled it home, lol! Paid 250 bucks cnd for it :p I plan to put the best parts of my 80 and my 74 on top of this chassis

TTC = Top Truck Challenge. I dont do it, but i know those who do. Doors are your enemy. So are body panels. Thats where the rock and dune buggy idea came from.

I've already got the bed and cab unbolted, I'll pull ugly outta the shop tommorow and rip her body off. The PO was kind enough to take the rest of the truck's crap off for me :p

My parents eyebrows went straight up the second they saw it, lol! I just explained that I bought a rolling chassis when I left :P I got home and said that the guy tossed a truck in with it! lol

I'll be scrapping the body in the next day or two, then blast / coat the frame, axles etc, and set it up with the 350 I just finished re-gasketing / camming etc, then I'll be swapping the 80's cab / front clip on, along with the 74's box and fenders. I then plan to put the 74 back together as best as I can with the second best parts I have, and put it up for sale, see if I can't get 1000 for it. Ugly's body and my nasty bent up 2wd frame will be going to the scrap yard along with what is left of my 76, and my scrap metal bin (Suzuki swift, packed floor to celing with junk from my trucks, lol, the car is completely bottomed out on it's suspension :P Probally weighs a good 8 000 lbs :p
