The 454 is in and Running
Its finailly done !!!!! This is the 1st Big Block I've ever owned and I'm here to tell you I'll never build another small block for myself, Holy $^&*^%## I love the torque. I still need to put the AC back in and clean it up a bit

Congrats! Mine is my first too and although I haven't driven it yet, I'm pretty excited to give it a try. Your bb looks great in there - really like the valve covers.

i looked up those headers you are using and it said they are full length. can i get a pic of how far they hang down before i order some.

i may be wrong...but i would think there wouldnt be much difference between like a 400 small block and a 454 similarly built. i like the small blocks weight cost and revs over the BB though...am i wrong?
