Find a donor truck and start swapping parts. If you could find a truck with a decent frame you could build the suspension and frame first then swap your body to the new frame all at one time. It's only metal, anything "can" be done. The question is will it be worth your time and trouble to swap, or would you be better off buying a 4wd truck and build it.....

I'd find someone with a 4x4 frame for sale, with transfer case etc...or sell your truck and buy a complete running 4x4 truck. Just my $.02, but I think an actual "conversion", swapping suspensions instead of a frame swap, would be a ton of work, especially if the front is coil. But, ANYTHING CAN be done.
