Carburetor ?
i have a 4 barrel that i think is hooked up wrong. I don't feel the 4 barrel kick in when i put it to the floor. Does anyone have a pic of a edel. 1405 showing the proper way to hook up linkage. Thanks

You could ,(with the eng off),pull the breather & open the throttle to see if it gets the carb all the way open. You will have to flip the air door open with your fingers(over the secondairies)....69

Along with what 69 said. Have someone push the pedal to the floor and see if the secondaries open.

Going to replace the flat bed. 1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm |

Some times with a heavy vehicle and freeway gears (the standard 3.07 in these trucks) you will hardly feel the transition. Even on mine the transition is smooth and not sudden.
