Here's "NOT sleeper mode"
http://photobucket.com/albums/v621/L...t=109_0932.jpg A poor Mustang GT got a dose of the sleeper mode yesterday. It was fun for me atleast.

Crap, I guess it's not gonna work that way then. The link says you need a password?
Ok, sorry, hopefully it works now.

Thanks. My only trip to the 1/4 mi. track was a 13.2 sec ET. It's got 12.9's in it though I'm sure in the near future.
Crush, thanks, yea that's probobly me. I just live a couple blocks from Old St Aug. rd.

Always looking for some local "wrenchers" to hang with. Me and my buds usually hang at O-Malleys or Ale House when we're not messing with our cars/trucks.

13.2 ET, that's plenty fast for a streetable truck! That's like 90MPH right?
I am surprised you don't stiffen your bedsides somehow since the tailgate is gone... Like angle braces or something.

Nice truck! Even nicer trailer!
What are the details of that engine? I think you've said before, but since I'm sure we've all forgot, spill the beans I see you got some nice slicks on it. |

13.2 should be around 98-100 mph
our impala does 12.80 @ 105, with a 1.72 60ft.

Thanks for reposting that TimSpeed. I'm thinking about putting a healthy nitrous shot on it since it's got a forged low end. I've never sprayed before on any of my vehicles.
My mph on the run was alittle over 99. I need a ram air kit for some cold air and electric fans to probobly put me easily over 100mph. Plus the carb needs some tuning. I've only been to Gainesville once, but I also went to Jax dragway (1/8) and have a video of that run if anyone wants to host it. Oh, and I usually run with the tailgate I just took it off for one run. I'll try and take some pic's of the engine soon, as that's one of my favorite parts. Thanks again fellas!

No, I haven't dyno'd it yet but would like to. It's got a rear seal leak I'd like to get fixed. (crappy 2 piece)
Id have to estimate for now but maybe 330 to 350 at the wheels? Still got some videos if anyone wants to host them as well.

Thanks Jeff. I sent you a "in truck" video. My video at the track is too large to send though and that's my favorite one. If I can figure it out, i'll shorten it and send it to you.
