Is there a difference between......
inner heater core boxes(the box the heater core actually sits in) from a non-ac truck and an ac truck.reason i ask is b/c my non ac trucks inner box is now fubared-person who changed the core for me broke my box when he did.i do have a parts truck with ac.will i be able to use the ac trucks inner box in my non ac truck.

I don't know what junkyards charge for a heater core but I bought a new one from Advance Auto Parts. Was only $20 for a non-ac heater core, a few months ago.
