Talking Seat upholstery pics

I currently have a stock bench seat that needs to be recovered. I would like to keep it basically stock but I sure would appreciate seeing pics of what you have done!

Here's new original houndstooth bench covers. Got them from Jim Carter - look and fit identical to originals.

Hey MtDave-- How are the water levels near where you are?
Your seats look great. I am doing my interior in blue and wonder if your seat colors would match or clash. Does GMCPaul send out color swatches???

Very Nice! The seats look great and I like how you did your glove box door, too.

Hey mtdave, I washed my black seat belts in Ivory liquid and water in a bucket and had to rinse the bucket THREE times because the water kept turning BROWN. oooooh YUCK!!!!

OH and Dave where is your turn signal stalk????

Seat covers

MtDave:

The interior (door panels and color) of your truck looks just like mine. I'm going to have to invest next year in a set of those seat covers next year from Paul.

Looks good

i had been thinking about it for a year. had them old standard seatcovers on there. looked ok but not great. the $225 kept me from odering the nice stuff. i now know its worth it..

any truck i get im putting in one of those rubber floor mats and a set of hounds tooth seatcovers. its amazing the differance that will do for your interior.

lets see some more picts! diff colors?!!!

Thumbs up

Damn photoglg, maybe tmi, but that interior gives me a hard-on! LOL.
Seems like somewhere I once saw a beautiful woman wearing a houndstooth, strapless dress and that photo brings back very vague memories...
Gee_Emm, I love that interior-I saved that pic months ago when I first saw it.

These are 2" cloth pleats with vinyl. Brown is not the best color! The seat covers, door panel covers, dash pad covers & handle donuts sell for $300 for the set.

Thanks for turning that pic around. I was getting dizzy trying to look at that.
Another nice cover is always the stock Cheyenne with scroll pattern & pleats , if you like all vinyl.

The GM seats in the '90s were really comfortable, fit good in our trucks, and had some top quality upholstery & molded pleats that really stand up over time...bench & buckets. The problem is finding nice clean ones, as they are getting older now w/high mileage/wear. A customer of mine just had a set of these recovered in black leather. No pleats. Actually looks a little "plain", if that is possible in leather.
OK...I'll stop now! I'm running out of trucks to photograph.
