N.O.S. question

i was just at the chevy dealer and they have a " nos ' gille for a 72 pick up outer.is it possable this one is a true piece or just a part someone make for gm.is there a way to tell. thanks mark

69-70, and 71/72 outer grilles are still available thru GM. If it has the GM parts sticker on it, it's NOS

The 71-72 inner grille is still available also.

I'd be a little hard pressed to call them New Old Stock because GM has made runs of these lately. The ones I got last spring were GM but not that old.
