I"m not sure of a company that sells them. However, me being poor and all I ended up making one out of plywood and Marine grade vinyl apholstry. I was amazed at how well it worked out. The only thing I was a little iffy about was mounting it. I have a stepside, so I just attached some angle iron on the inside of hte bed to bolt the tonneau to. I used really nice brass bolts to mount it with so at least they are not ugly and used a hinge near the front for a little access port. I will have to find some pictures to post, but I am at school right now. and will have to do it later
Edit: I found a pic on my laptop, not great, but enough to get an idea
