WTB 305 V6 valve covers

Need 305 V6 valve covers from a 68 or 69 GMC. The right side will have an oil filler and a breather cap and hose. The left side will have no openings.

A member just found a set for me...not sure if it is the years you're looking for, but he mentioned that he knows where there are three V 6 trucks now.

Not to steal the post or anything, but can somebody post some more close-up pics of that V6 engine. I have heard very little about these, and I think that I know where there is one at. Is it considered a big block?? I just looked at one maybe 4 months ago, and if I saw pictures of one I would know for sure.

Thanks,

Travis

yeah, that is the motor that is sitting in a 68 or 9 (I think, I am still learning). what are they worth?? I am not even sure if this turns over, but I am going to look into it. Where can you get a rebuld kit for it?? How much?? Sorry for stealing your post Erl.
If this has the valve covers on it that you need and they are in decent shape, then I will let you know. I know that that the truck that it is in is rotted really bad...not even close to fixing.

wannabe,
Kanter sells a rebuild kit, and NAPA has most of the parts. Check out the site in BobS's post above. Let me know on those valve covers.

big blue 72,
They need to be in restorable conition. A little surface rust is not a problem. They must have the breather cap and hose.
Thanks
