best way to transport

Whats the best way to transport a short box from a truck? We dont have a trailer so I need some other ideas. Also has to be good enough to make a 3 hour drive.

I used a small 4x8 trailer and straddled it with the bed. Strapped it down and rolled!!

Well, ya got to tell us what you plan on hauling it with first. Pickup? Truck? Car :p ? Lay some lumber across the bed rails of the transport vehicle and put the other bed on top of it and use ratchet straps to secure it and that should do it. Rent a U-Haul and toss it in the back?
Hire someone to haul it?
Give it to me and I'll come and get it

Turn it upside down and align with two posts stuck into the front bed holes on another pickup and then strap the thing to the top of the truck bed. I have carried a few this way.
