Can someone break down these #'s for me.....please?

You basically have a conventional cab, six cylinder, 2 ton cab and chassis 1967.

Model tells you its 102 inches from back of cab to rear axle.

Its Chev to as I can tell by model number codes for axle dimensions.

C =conventional
S =six cyl
4 = 2 ton gvw range
3 = cab and chassis ordered.
7 = 1967

Model breaks down as

C= conventional cab
S = six cyl
4 = 2 ton gvw range
17 = 102 inch dimension from rear of cab to rear axle
03 = cab and chassis
