What would it cost with a reserve, and how does that work if it sells or doesn't...?

I had a reserve on mine and $44 was the total price. my reserve was only $2800 though.not sure if a higher reserve would cost more or not, since mine didn't sell I can relist it for free.

I think this was $42, not bad for nationwide ad. Then when it sells its a percentage, usually $40 on up. I've been burned by someone who did not exist, a phony account. I had to pay the selling fee(it "sold" to a non-existant bidder) but could have relisted it. I see others have trouble also, I'm just trying to ward off the phonies. Brian

Notice it has PB and the rare offset aircleaner to go with them. Does it have PS also?

No, no power steering, but I have a pump/bracket setup I got from you, Frank, got a box locally. Put it all on, man was it great, but the box puked(steady stream) out the front. Put the old manual box back on & stashed it all in the corner. I never got around to re-sealing the box. Offset oil bath is listed on glovebox as heavy duty air cleaner. Truck also has a hand throttle. Brian

Its hard to show how nice the old truck is, typical "old man's truck". No cut wiring, no holes drilled, doors & windows all open & shut great. Good dependable daily driver or easy restore. Wife says something must go, I know I will regret it later, but I guess I need the wife more. Brian

Thanks, all. Gotta keep the wife, couple months back I found a 64 I had to have, she got mad I put money down on it - but then gave me the cash to pay it off - if I promised to sell something. Gotta keep up my end of the bargain... Brian

64fleetside,
I've contacted you via ebay a couple of times about your truck (grego43). Thanks for the extra pics. Do you think the truck would have any problems with a 400 mile trip from Austin back to DFW? How're the tires, brakes, and license/registration? Thanks, GW

I would drive it anywhere, the brakes are good, the fronts(drums) are known to pull on a panic stop. Tires have 50 percent or so tread, front end is tight. I have put maybe 1500 miles on it since about June or so, never a hiccup, but I had to replace one fuel filter since I replaced the tank, guess there was some crud in the lines that didn't blow out. Truck had sat since original owner died around 97, I got the truck last Feb, still sitting where the old guy had parked it. Hoses etc all new. Brian

Brian,
Be sure to let me know if you don't hear from the high bidder. Greg
