well here is the compressor that I really misquoted the numbers on. I've looked at so many of them that I confused it with another one I guess.
Which one would be better?

other air compressor

It all depends on how you plan on using it. If you plan on running any high air consumption tools like a sand blaster, sanders, etc. you'll need all the CFM's you can get. For the weekend worker running air tools or occasional use I would make my judgement on price, features, warranty and I would ask around and talk to people that had the compressor I was looking at. Just my .02

well, i just got offof the phone with a good friend who does customhotrod painting..and his exact words were "if it isn't a 2 stage it is JUNK, it is like trying to push a cab and a half with a 4.3 liter motor" I have never known him to mince words.. as you probably can tell...lol

Not to say single stages are junk, but what you and a body shop need is more air faster. A 2 stage makes up for time and will catch up and wait. That one from Tractor Supply is a big horsepowered single stage. If you find a compressor you like, seriously let me get you a quote, CH supplies to Lowes, Home Depot, Tractor Supply, etc. I should be able to get it for you cheaper w a guarantee. Thanks 67ChevyC10Stepside for the good words.

that farmhand is like the exact copy of what i bought from pierce...but i bought husky. it's a nice compressor...i run wizard wheel off it impact guns air ratchets it has no problem keeping up when i cut beds off trucks etc. if i sit there with the wizard wheel on full blast constantly the compressor will turn on....then after a while it will slow a little if im really rompin on it CONSTANTLY
