Unhappy Need help from Photo shrinkers plz

Guys, I wanted to attach a pic of my truck but I could never crop it enough to get the server to accept it. Anybody got any tips or tricks for an inept pc user like me?
Here's a link to it but its like 1.3MB and takes a while with my DSL connection so dialups beware!
Just thought I'd share it with you since you've helped me with so many of the upgrades. Right now the bumpers are off and there's more primer than red showing on the body

you can link a picture from the web and not have to resize it like that(i believe)

Free download pic program that a lot of people here and elsewhere use. Very nice little program for resizing, cropping, etc. I wouldn't be without it myself.

One of the biggest things for posting pics is to change that bmp to a jpg image.

That alone will change the size and loading speed by about 50%

I just use stretch/skew in the windows paint program
keep cutting it with 80-50% and then save it with a different file name
and your done!
