how high and low are they?

On a stock 68 guage set up, what are the readings of both the oil and temp guage.

What is low psi and high psi

and what is the lowest and highest setting on the temp guage in Fo?

For the oil gauge, I believe it's 0-15-30. I'm less sure on the temperature gauge, but I can tell you with m truck at full temperature, my gauge would read right on the first mark (just a bit beyond on warm days and not quite there on cold ones) which is normal.

I believe the oil pressure gauge is 0-45 lbs. I think the big trucks were 0-60.
Either that, or 0-60/0-75, I can't recall.

On the temp gauge, it seems every person on here gets a different reading. My truck was about like shuttermutt's, at full operating temp, it'd be on the first mark. I've seen some that go up to about halfway at full operating temp, some that go about a quarter, I honestly don't know if there's a "rule" as to where the needle should be at full operating temp.

That being said, I couldn't tell you what the high temp on the gauge actually is. When my truck overheated, the needle went all the way into the red on the right side, all the way from the 2nd mark on the left

Interesting. I'm sure someone will pipe in with a confirming vote one way or the other.

Small truck oil gauge is 60 pound. Big Truck (e.g. C-50) use 80 pound gauge.
