Never take your wife or kids. Always ask "what's the least you'll take" and start dickering there. Cash talks, bs walks. Double check everything before you buy it. Take along a very knowledgeable friend. If's is a great buy, buy it or it will be gone. Don't go crazy but enjoy as swap meets are really fun if you don't take it too serious.
