1967 Long stepside bed

I came across this today and would like to sell it. Its a red stepside long bed. Bed only. The floor is gone but all of the cross supports are there and in good shape. The fenders are in fair condition with a little rust on the front bottom edge of the passenger side fender. There are some dings/dents on the front panel and tailgate but nothing severe. I guess that depends on your point of view though. I'll say this: Its got some dents, a little rust, no floor but is other wise straight and a pretty good bed.

Its located in southern Minnesota and the buyer, if any, would be responsible for getting it, shipping it, whatever it takes to get it off the wood pile. I can be emailed at hgs_notes@yahoo.com if interested.

BTW, I also have a few items being sold on ebay now, including a tach dash.

There is some kind of problem with my dash ebay listing. It wont show up on any search. Nice huh? How the heck do you fix that. I emailed ebay and I guess I'll have to wait and see what they do. The link above works though.

Once again location, location. Other than you being to far away what are you asking for the bed?

How about this, how cheap would it have to be to make it worth the trip?

Make an offer.

Interested in box depending on fender condition
Especially the inner mounting lip on the fenders
and does it have cutout for spare or complete fender?
How much?
Any pics of inside box sides and inside fender lips or whole fenders?

Special K, make an offer. What price would you pay and still be able to pick it up? You can PM me if you want.

Reality strikes, once again.Just what I`m looking for,but even at $FREE.00,it`s going to cost in time, wear`n`tear, fuel, and even eats`n`sleep.Wish it was summer,I`d make a fishin`trip out of it.Not into ice-fishing.Can you let it sit?In a hurry to sell?6`is way more common than 8`by far.Yet,6`is by far more in demand.

Special K, just start with an enclosed trailer with all your tools, etc inside. Then go get your frame, then the cab and install it, then the axles, then head to MN for the bed, then to Cali to get the motor. A couple more stops along the way and you could drive your new truck home.
