I don't really want to separate the liftgate off of the top because I don't think anyone would want just the top. I will make an exception for $200, but I'd rather keep together. You are second in line on the tailgate. I'll email the other guy and make sure he wants it. Otherwise, you can have it for $75 plus shipping.
