I got myself a new harmonic balancer (old one is wobbling) that I am getting ready to paint. Anything I need to make sure and mask off?

Just the inside of the hub that slides over the crank.

Also where the the hub meets the the timing cover seal.

If that is at the base of the shaft that goes into the crank then I did mask that off.

He's talking about the outside of the snout where the seal rides. The balancer is cast, but the snout is machined very smooth. Mask off the machined part, inside and out.
