Lone Oak Jerk is still at it

James Blanton aka "tex parts 67-72" posted this on E-bay for $100 claiming it fits 67-72 BB. Looking at the pic I dont think its 67-72 I think its 73 up so I write him and say so.

His answer back to me was

SCREW YOU

Ya gotta just laugh at this guy

The front bracket looks kinda right. The rear flat bracket looks like part of a carb linkage/plug wire bracket that is upside down. the A-6 compressor is right at least. And yes I am one of the many this guy has :bansex: too.

Good to know not to buy off this guy. Thanks for the info! Does he not ship the parts, or just really crappy ones or what?

That rear plate looks exactly like the one on my moms 76 Monte Carlo, it has a small block.

Somebody just needs to run this crook out of the country. In the old days, they'd just hang his kind from the nearest tree. He's giving all us Texans a bad name.

Tex

I just bought a pair of "NOS" red sidemarkers from him, in the ebay pic, theres a GM wrapper behind 2 sidemarkers, advertised as GM, anyway I bought them and it took like 3 weeks to get them, guess what, theyre not "NOS" but say Taiwan on them and they came with no GM wrapper, it didnt cost me too much to learn from him, wont buy from him again on ebay or anywhere else, Beware!

Those brackets don't look anything like the ones on my 72BB. I saw the markers and emblems on eBay. Pictures of several different items were taken on top of the same GM box. Sure glad I found about him on here before I bought from him.

I did notice that he has a 95% positive feedback on that ebay post! Statistics show he has sold alot of items in the past twelve months. I have not personally bought anything from him cause i listen to the guys on this board for feedback! It seems ebay probably will not ban him cause of his high feedback rating? Is there a way that the rating could have been rigged? It seems like a bad dude according to his ban from here! Maybe that positive feedback rating needs to drop?

P.S. I am not with this guy so i hope no thinks so! Just thought i could help get bad buisiness off the net!

I sometimes sell a few parts on ebay. He is on my blocked bidder list. He tried to bid on one of my items I was offering for sale. When he was unable to place a bid, he e-mailed me and asked me to unblock him. I did'nt even waste my time with a reply. His ill-gotten money is no good to me.
