Awww, man. I almost bid on that one, but i didn't want to go get it. And I only have to go across the state! 4 hrs. at the most. Owell, I got a solid cab, it's just not a small window. Hey does thing have the antenna hole, or not? From on of the pics, it looked like it didn't. Good to see it went to a board member's hands, and I'm glad I didn't bid on it!

I bought a drivers side door and 68 front fenders from the guy. They were a great deal and I could not pass them up. He still had 2 hoods and an inner fender when I left. It looked like a nice cab, well worth the price.

Let me know when you are ready to buy the GM truck. I can probably get you a coupon for 5% over GM employee price. Paul

Upper Winshiled Outer Pillar
New to the site. Trying to figure out how to add a new post and questions. Have a 68 trying to restore. The upper pillar/drip rail that is welded to the roof (on the top side of winshield) is rusted out. I need to refab. I would like to replace it. Any body have a cab they can section?
They sell new inner roof pillars but not the outers???? Seems like if the inner is rusted out....they would make a replacement for thew outer? Thanks |
