Houndstooth seat cover quality and color?

Are these new houndstooth bench seat covers for bench seats that LMC, MotherTruckers, Scotts, etc. sell of decent quality? My old one is badly tattered, and I am trying to decide between having a custom cover made up by an upholstery shop, or just getting a pre-made unit from somewhere. I will be going to the upholstery shop regardless, because I need new foam crafted and installed.

Also, what colors can you get these houndstooth covers. My truck is orange and white with a white interior, and the seat cover is white vinyl with a kind of golden yellow houndstooth. I am going to be switching to a black interior, so I would like something with a black vinyl and maybe an orange houndstooth or something. Are there any color samples out there to see?

I believe Brothers Truck Parts has houndstooth covers in custom colors.

Thanks for the help guys. Does anyone have any pics of the color combos out there. Like I say, mine is white and orangish yellow and looks terrible. I'm looking for a black vinyl with some sort of white or black or orange insert.

You can get many colors. Here is an orange w/ black seat cover.
There is also a black w/ orange combo that is mostly black.

That orange seat is great! It would make my orange cab too orange, but in that black atmosphere, it really livens it up. I think I'm going to go with black vinyl/orange houndstooth. And /<eystroke, what is that steering wheel out of?

mine is about 3 years old and its great except for the stitching coming apart already on the back and the big tear in it which looks like sh!t. other than that it fits good and all. kinda irritating that a 240 dollar cover is a piece of sh!t

Muddpile, that steering wheel came out of a Cavalier. It is a pre airbag-early eighty's
model. It is the perfect size for power steering and really nicely padded. And a direct
bolt in replacement including the horn. It was originally grey. I painted it black with
some fusion spray paint. Worked much better than I thought it would. It's held up
with no noticeably wear for about a year now. One of the best changes I've made.

That's the Cheyenne hound's tooth seat cover. I bought it at a swap meet several years ago from a guy in Abilene. I don't know if he is still in business.
His business name was "THE CHEYENNE SUPERMAN"
