2 leaf rear springs?
Anybody have them or seen them? My truck has rear springs with 2 leafs...........I think it was to lower the rear as cheap as possible and was done by previous owner.

Depending on the GVW, I've seen up to 8 leafs on the 1/2 tons, like on the '78 GMC Heavy Half I had. My '83 has 4 leafs in each spring, I think that's the least I've seen in that body style. Like you said, someone probably took them out to lower it and/or soften the ride.

Someone pulled the leafs. The least ever installed was 4 + helper.
