250 and 3 speed
i got this in yesterday and wanted to see if anybody needs anything off it (i have no clue if it ran or not)
the truck itself is a 73up one but the motor is older like in 67-72 trucks valve cover $5 ( i have 2 of those) t stat housing $2 dizzy $10 3 speed man trans $50 intake and exaust manafold $30 all prices + the ride from 37664 if i missed sumthing you want let me know i will price it (if thats ok with the mods?) please respond here and no pms on this please Last edited by tnblazerk5; 02-03-2005 at 09:26 PM. |

Throttle cable, I6 engine to frame stands, and engine wiring harness (if for guages, not idiot ligts).

Not sure if your aware or not, but that is a later model 6. The intake and head are molded together on it. I'm not sure if the exhaust will fit the earlier model(pre 73) heads.

I need new glasses or a younger body. I never saw any pre 73 6's with the smog tubes, I guess that is what distracted me. Give me a few minutes and I can think up some more near logical excuses for being just a dumb fart!

7 bolts on side cover = synchronized, 4 bolts = not. 68 was last year of non-synchro, so I'd bet its the synchro'd version.
