New Member, Old project

Hey there, everyone, Nick here from the great White North (Ontario) . I've recently picked up a '70 C-10 to go with my '70 chevelle and I'm pumped ! Body's excellent, it's got a frshly rebuilt '67 327 with '69 heads and I've just finished bolting it all back together. Except for the standard carb adjustments it's running great. I'm about a month away from body and paint (peruvian silver with midnight blue "ss" stripes), which will be the exact opposite of the car.I've been reading you guys for a week now and I must say the knowledge and support you have for each other is awesome. I look forward to picking your brains as the rest of the project unfolds. Did you see the sliding rear window on E-bay new for $35 ? I got one and it's great ! Thats all for now ! I'll post more pictures when I figure out how to get them small enough.

Thanks for the welcome

O.K. here's the chevelle. Thats actually blue, people. The colour is so dark that if its dirty or after dusk then it's black. The car was originally a 300 deluxe 2 speed column shift but now it's a 4 bolt mild cammed 3 speed floor shift auto with buckets. Not an SS clone , as I'm pretty sure that SS stands for "stolen soon". I like the stealth bomber look . Some dumbass scratched the passenger quarter 2 days before I put it to sleep so now it need's a paint job (theres other artistry thanks to my son and his lawnmower). So, the idea is to repaint the car the same colour it is now ( Carbon black-BMW) and stripe it using the peruvian silver, then paint the truck silver and put on the blue stripes. Question; I want to Rhino line the box inside and underneath- suggestions? I've got motor shots of the truck and also all sides so when I get them shrunk I'll post them.
