bed floor needed

I need a bed floor for my 72 (longbed). I recently got a bed from a friend that's in pretty good shape everywhere except the floor is gone (50%+ at least!) Farmer must have been haulin salt blocks in the middle of the bed or somethin!

Anyway, I thought maybe somebody has a bed with trashed sides and a decent floor for cheap. Doesn't have to be show quality by any means. Dents wouldn't even matter to much as long as it's solid.

I'm in northeast Missouri.

Maybe trade ya my sides towards it?
Maybe I can sell my sides and buy yours...Hmmm

I have a long wide steel bottom,- it has some dents/not terrible. Very good driver piece/possibly straighten. It has 2-3 nickel/quarter size holes put in for electical cable??, that need welded shut. Back at the very rear/most common spot there is a spot /small hole to patch and one middle crossmember has a little rust in the front side. I've got over $100 in it, -will sell it for $80. I have another parts truck with about the same condition bottom so I won't need it. [Wichita, Kansas] Thanks -Steve

Sounds like that would work for me great. Got any pics.
I checked yahoo maps and I'm 422 miles from ya. Wouldn't be heading north or east anytime would ya?!

Also, Is it already taken apart?

Not for a few months at least. 422? I see your in N E Mo, -what town? -must be east aways. I want to get this out of the garage but thats alot of miles. If your not in a hurry, maybe someone will take one apart thats got bad sides, -living closer. Don't trust yahoo maps, -I use that alot myself and they'll calculate by interstate routes only about all the time. If you put in wichita to Springfield Mo. for instance, they direct you south 150 miles to Oklahoma City -then up I44? N E. to Mo. Kinda hokey.

I'm just west of Kahoka MO. (In the very northeast corner)
Yea I've noticed that about yahoo also.
I tried Kahoka to Wichita and come up with 422 miles and 6 hours, 30 minutes. Then I tried Kahoka to Meriden, (teeitup's) and come up with 291 miles and 6 hours, 4 minutes!
131 miles and 26 minutes difference! Must not be a speed limit on that stretch of road!
Shows the same route too.

I'll think about it and if nothin closer shows up I might have to make a road trip.
