Thinking of doing the upper & lower DJM tubular control arms (no air bags) on my 86 GMC. Any opinions on these?

Any reason why you aren't considering spindles and springs? (both of which can be gotten from DJM also)

Well, I am trying to upgrade the front suspension and cut out some weight (drag racing), so I liked the idea of the tubular arms. I was looking for someone who has used the DJM tubular arms to see what they thought of them. They come complete with ball joints & greasable poly bushings.

I am not crazy about mine and they are as heavy as the stock controlarms!!!!!!!!!!!

I would say if you are that worried about weight go with a complete Mustang II setup...
