Temp Sender Help????

I am getting ready to make the idiot light to full gauge swap. I have a couple of questions about the temp sender.

Which side of the block does it go on? My aftermarket sender is on the passenger side. Does it make a difference?

The picture of the gauge temp sender in the catalogs has kind of a unique top to it. How does the wire attach to it? If it is a special connector, does anybody have one to sell? Does anybody have a temp sender to sell?

Thanks!

I do not really think it makes a difference. However I install mine on the pass side, wiring tucked closer in.

You can use a regular crimp on push on type of connector on the sendig unit if you don't have the original type of end.
