What are some of the features that were included with the Custom option for '67 GMC's (American GMC's)? I know they had the front fender side chrome simulated "louvers" with Custom script on them. Does anybody have pictures of these trucks, especially the interior?

I have a 67 canadian GMC custom, but it was pretty well gutted when I got it. It does have a big back window, and there were a door emblems on it, I think.
