Do you have the filler neck and mounting hardware for a stepside with a passenger side fuel door or do you have a good fender with a driver side fuel door?

My truck currently has junk fenders with a driver side fuel door. I have decent replacement fenders with a passenger side fuel door but I need the plastic mounting bracket that is used to mount the filler behind the door on the passenger side.

I am pretty sure the filler mounting is different between the exposed filler and the hidden filler.

I am in need of a passenger side fender with the exposed gas cap. Any rust on these? Any repairs? What part of Tennessee are you located? I'm near Huntsville, Alabama? How much would you want for the fender? Thanks.
