My Next Project.....

Hey guys...My 71' Red C-10 is nearing completion and soon will be my new "fair weather" daily driver, so it is almost time to get into something I have long been looking forward to, my 72' SWB K-10 with factory AC. I bought it from board member PURS (Brit Pursley) over a year ago and have been driving it everyday since. PURS or Brit had put a VERY nice 383 in it so no real engine work is needed as it runs extremely strong. I never liked the way the fuel door was done on the drivers bedside and really want a wood floor bed for this K-10. So to force myself to get going I sold the bed yesterday to board member Jason Reel of Colorado Springs. Super nice guy showed up on time and we lifted the bed onto his trailer. Good Luck Jason with the bed!!!
Monday morning or tomorrow....I am going to order all the parts needs from Les GMC Pauls to put together a new TRI- PLUS wood SWB...you could say it's my Valentines present to my K-10. This is going to be an extensive frame off project and no detail will be spared. I have had extremely good luck with the Tri-Plus metal and can't beat the service I get from Les and GMC Paul's......so here is where I begin:

Nice truck. I'm sure it'll turn bad a#$ like your 71.
