To those who do their own body work

Where do you get your sheetmetel? Do you fab your own pieces or just rip of a cab and put a new one on? I'm mainly thinking of doing my cab corners and my rockers. I've found a couple of sites with some decent prices and also some decent shipping. I guess what I'm asking is where can I find the best deals on the formentioned parts?

I've gotten most of my sheetmetal from swap meets, just browse the board vendors, and pick the one with the cheapest shipping (the parts seem to cost the same, the difference is the shipping charge)

All the of the supporting vendors here sell patch panels.

Support them because they support us by helping out financially with this board.

I get most of my sheetmetal from Goodmark. It's not always the best fitting stuff and can require alot of finnessing to get a good fit. I prefer the tri-plus brand when they have the panels I need. For small weld in patch panels, it does'nt really matter much.

The first thing to do is get ebfabmans cab repair video. www.ebfabman.com
It will answer a lot of the how-to type questions.
