What to use?

Looking for some kind of sound and heat proofing material to install in cab under carpet! Anybody have any ideas??? Thanks.

For sound dynamat but not sure about heat.

I'm thinking about looking into using that insulation used to cover hot water tanks, its supposed to be pretty effective and not exspensive. Any good building supply place should carry it, Home Depot, etc.Don't know if it would be any good for sound deadening, though.
