6lugs to 5 lugs
Has anyone try to change there rotors from 6 lug rotors to 5 lug rotors?What is involved in the swap?

I think you need to change the entire back axel and the spindal or axel on the front too. On 1/2 tons if you want to change from 1.00 to 1.25 rotors you have to change spindals.

73-87 ? that would be a 4x4 if its 6 lug, you could get a ohld of a dodge or ford front axle to get 5 lug front and all you have to do to go to 5 lug in rear is swap in 71-up 5 lug shafts and drums, some drums are 2.75" wide so be careful.,
