Vent window help!!!
Someone broke in to my truck the other night by busting my drivers side vent window. They only stole my gym bag, but still pisses me off. Anyway my hardware is still in good shape, so I was wandering if it is possible to just replace the glass. If so were is a good place to look for the glass and what will it take to put the new glass in, adhesive, rubber, tools, ect?
Oh, it is a 72 chevy Thanks Todd

Hey davidson
I have some vent window glass on my 68 parts truck I need to see if it is good......or if it is the one you need....my parts truck's vent windows don't match....I forgot which one was the good one....I don't know but they may be interchangable from either passenger or drivers side. Let me know...I'll be in San Antonio this weekend....gonna sell some parts to C10COWBOY (Jimbo).

well
I will be in SA friday night and saturday. Ill take $15 for the glass if it is usable for you...i am still not sure....but if it is you can still use the same latches and what not.....but I don't know how to take it off!!!, so we would need to figure that out!!!! I think both passenger and drivers are interchangable, one of them has a latch for our trucks....the other is rigged somehow....but I'm sure under that rigging is the hole for our latches....i need to look when I get into town....
here is my phone# in San Antonio, call me on Saturday Morning after 9pm...I need some sleep. I'm in the southside of san antonio, I don't know how fars we are from each other but I can get you directions 210-924-8523 ask for Roger
