billet wheel question.....

Does anyone have a pic of a '67-'72 truck with Billet Specialties GTX41 wheels on it - these are also known as the Pomona line. The reason I ask is I have a chance to buy a set of brand new 18" x 8" at a steal of a price and wanted to see what they look like on one of "our trucks" before deciding if I want to buy these or Torq Thrusts.

Thanks Gang!

Here is a pic of the wheels from Billet Specialties web site.

I haven't seen a pic with those wheels, but I can already say that I wouldn't need to. Those would look sweet on a dropped 67-72.

If you're on a budget (like everybody _I_ know), then getting these wheels for a steal is a good plan. Personally, I think they're a little too "sharp" on the edges for the ideal wheel on these old trucks, but, like the old saying goes... "there's a seat for every a$$ and an a$$ for every seat" ... which means, if you like them, you should get them. Don't try to please me!

Thanks Kenneth (XXL) - seeing them on a truck - even a PhotShop-ed one - does make a difference. Thanks for going through the trouble to do that for me.

Very much appreciated!

Here are two shots off of our site - www.cyberods.com

You can chop, paint, lower, dechrome and change the wheels. Check it out.

Talking

I would def. jump on that deal. They look awsome on that photo shopped pic. Plus Tork Thrusts are more common.

Thanks guys for all the help....I decided to go ahead and buy these wheels. I got them at such a good deal that even if i change my mind later, I could always sell them for what I have in them.
