VIN help.
Need help looking for 6.2l doners. I find a lot of the time people will leave adds in the paper that have the vehicle vin number, but dont discribe wheather the truck has a diesel or a gasser.
So my question is, can you tell by the vin if its a gasser or diesel??? thanks!

Just look at the 8th digit of the vin, K,L,M are all 350's And W is a 454 ,and J is the 6.2 deisel... Glad to help...
