Maximum Rear Tire Width?
1970 Model C10 LWB Stock Suspension (Coil Springs)
How wide can I go on the back with out any rubbage? I would like to run Mickey Thompson E/T Street Tires 31 x 16.5...Suggested Rim Width 12"...Outside Diameter 31.0"...Tread Width 13.0" All feedback wellcomed. Thanks In Advance,

You can go as big as 15x14" w/10" backspace & 31x18.5 MickeyThompson Sportsmans w/o changing the frame, suspension, or rear end width. I had this size on my restorod 67 short-wide & used custom widened ralleys. Of course it did require tubbing the bed to fit & the e-brake cables were hooked up but I never actually used the e-brake during the period the tires were on the truck so I can't say for sure whether they worked but the tires cleared & didn't rub the body or frame.

i have 12'' cragars w/ 8'' bksp w/ 29x15.5x15 MT's to go w/ 18.5 i think you would have to remove the bumpstop hangars. heres the tubbed wells

Yes you will need to remove the bumpstops if you go that wide. I didn't think about that earlier because mine were already removed from when I lowered it.
