68 9 inch rear end f/s

it came out of a 1968 mustang i think the gear is 323 or 325 it is not posi. it was in my 67 chevy truck when i got it $275.00 no shipping

can we see the other side?? Also what is the bolt pattern and the length end to end from axle to axle?? Thanks

Looking at the rear in the pics it looks like it has only one rib cast into the carrier .All N (nodular ) centersections had two ribs and the N was inside the ribs. Frank

Yes Sir .The N cases are the stronger cases that Ford used in high performance applications .They are stronger but a friend of mine had a 11-12 second (slicks vs. street tires)1972 Ford truck that used a single rib center with no problems .I am not a Ford fan but that truck was a blast on the STREET. Ran a 12.09 at Houston Raceway Park on 29-12.50-15 Sportsman Pro's ,pump gas ,all motor no nitrous, with exhaust. That was in 1991. Slicks made it faster but it started breaking things. Frank
