Trim holes on '67 Hood and fenders?

Does anyone have a pic of a '67 hood and fenders with the trim off so I can see where to drill my holes?
Thanks in advance

A 68 Chevy or GMC pic will work for you too.

FYI, most 67's don't have the trim. Why?

It was introduced in late 67 and rarely if ever installed on them from the factory. A 67 owner could take his/her new truck to the dealership and have the trim installed. Not many did.
