Do I have to Drill?
I pulled a set of overloads off of my parts truck and when I brought them home, It does not look like there are pre-existing holes in my SWB. I am cleaning them now so I have not actual looked really close at my frame. If I was not use them, do I have to drill?

Yep. Frame rails holes needed.
