Question '68 Suburban Trim Level Code

Ive got a '68 3 door Suburban in our showroom and I need to know what trim level it has. Is there supposed to be a specific plate anywhere indicating this?

If it's a Chevy, not a GMC, there were 3 trim levels in 68.

Base
Custom
CST

Since the CST was not an option for the burb, it can only be a base model or a Custom.

There are not trim tags like on cars, the glovebox RPO should list "Custom Convenience Equipment" or some such verbage if it's a custom. Also the doors should have "Custom" badges on them.

The trim levels did not dictate power train options, A/C, PS, PB, etc. These were all separate RPO's so you could have a pretty well equipped base model or a sparsely equipped Custom model.

Under the windows on the front doors of my 68 is an emblem like on the pickup models "Custom Cab".
