V.I.N. decoding link?

I tried to find a thread to decode the v.i.n. for my new truck (CE149S868392)
is there a link or thread around? thanks

thanks Josh. I am embarassed, cause I usually can find the info I need here, but for some reason couldn't find the vin stuff!

it might be cause the vin is too short a word for the search engine.. dunno...
