Remote hood release
Are there any kits on the market that replace the manual hood release with one that's cable actuated from inside the cab? Saw an old 69 work truck the other day where the hood was locked to the grill with a rusty hasp and padlock -- on the outside. Now there's a solution!

I haven't seen any kits so far.
But, I'm putting my truck back together over the next month and an in cab hood release is one of the things I'll be adding, even if I have to mod the existing latch. If I'm lucky enough to have a brainstorm about an easy way to do this, I'll post pics. Otherwise, I'll be checking here to see if anyone has found an off the shelf source for the release.
