Another Speaker Question: Stock Speaker

I finally got my cab back from the body shop and am now installing everything back in it. Anyway my speaker from my 72 was junk, so i found a good one out of a 75 Olds (I think) which looks exactly the same. I've had my truck apart too long and can't remember how it mounts under there. This is my first piece in that section I am installing, so I don't have a dash pad or the middle A/C vent it. Do I need these first or what? Thanks

Jamie
