On a 78 Suburban are there brackets that go between crossmember and motor mount??????
I just installed a 78 suburban crossmember in a 68 frame. Do the motor mounts have brackets between the motor mount and the cross member. This is a 5 lug 1/2 ton 454 truck that the front suspension came out of.

as far as what i understand you are asking, yes, there is a diagnal bracket that goes from the crossmember to the frame, and the motor mount bolts onto that bracket.
