Rearend ID Help
I just came from beneath my 70 Stepside and found the following #'s on the rearend: NF6896838. The first # could be an 8 or 6 but looks more like a 6. On the side of the casting on back of the case is stamped a 110. On the axle are what could be some type of alignment #'s - Two sets 1,2,3,4,5 and 6,7,8,9,0. Is there any way of telling what gears I have with these numbers? Any help is appreciated.
